UFO Spotters Are Very Excited

I found this through Epict Times. My first thought was "did the rover lose a pixel?" 
What do you say guys- is it genuine like the article claims or just smoke and video manipulation?

Notice that the closer the camera gets to the light the surrounding become blurred and IMO the 'light' appears to take on the shape of a light bulb.
 
The science of the rovers on Mars is real- however, I am skeptical of this "light" and partly expecting / anticipating someone to debunk it.

I would say speck of dust on the lens, but as the rover moved its position and camera angle, the light did not move.

Perhaps a shard of glass created by lightning or meteor impact?

Or even a probe we sent earlier? Didn't the EU lose one on mars?
